    All backups are stored securely and can be quickly deployed to get you back online with minimal disruption.

    Need to swap out an image, update text, or refresh a section of your site? We’ve got you covered. Your plan includes up to 1 hour per month of content updates, with a fast turnaround of 1–3 business days. We handle the edits—so you can focus on running your business.

    Unused hours roll over each month within the quarter, giving you up to 3 hours per quarter to use as needed. At the start of each new quarter, any unused time resets.
  • Not Eligible E-Commerce Sites

    This plan is designed for standard websites and does not include support for e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, or custom online stores. E-commerce sites require more advanced maintenance due to the complexity of payment processing, customer data handling, and frequent plugin or platform updates.

    If you need support for an online store, we’re happy to discuss a custom maintenance plan tailored to your needs.

This plan includes up to 8 hours of content updates per month, with a typical turnaround of 1–3 business days for most requests.

    To give you flexibility, unused hours roll over month to month within each quarter, allowing you to bank up to 24 hours per quarter. At the start of each new quarter, your balance resets.

NEW - Quarterly Rollover for Content Update Hours

Digital Marketing Group now offers rollover for Client Requested Content Update Hours. Any unused hours will carry over month to month within each quarter, giving you added flexibility to use your time as needed. At the end of each quarter, the balance will reset.

Please note: Unused hours are non-refundable and will be forfeited if the Website Maintenance Plan is canceled before the quarter ends.

Any services not explicitly stated above will not be covered under any monthly website maintenance plans.

Out of scope services include but are not limited to the following:
Issues caused by changes made to the website by yourself or any other third party.
Issues caused directly by the web hosting provider.
Issues caused directly by your domain name administrator.
Issues caused by transferring your web hosting service to a new provider.
Issues caused by your email service or provider.
Issues caused by third party plugins or modules not vetted and installed by DMG.
Issues caused by updating your website CMS version.
Work required to transfer website management from a third party.

Issues arising from termination of third-party relationships:
DMG shall not be held responsible for any issues that arise from terminating relationships with third-party vendors or service providers.

Outdated plugins, themes, and CMS versions can create unexpected issues and breaks across a website during the update process. While DMG will make every effort to anticipate and address potential issues, the complexity and unpredictability of such updates mean that any estimates provided for the time required to complete them are subject to change. DMG shall not be held liable for any disruptions or damages that may occur as a result of updating outdated elements on the website.

DMG reserves the right to charge beyond the standard hourly rate for work requests that require after-hours or weekend work. After-hours work shall be considered as any work requested to be performed outside of DMG’s regular business hours, which are 9:00 am Pacific Standard Time to 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. Weekend work shall be considered as any work requested to be performed from 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time Friday to 8:00 am Pacific Standard Time Monday.
