Any services not explicitly stated above will not be covered under any monthly website maintenance plans.

Out of scope services include but are not limited to the following:
Issues caused by changes made to the website by yourself or any other third party.
Issues caused directly by the web hosting provider.
Issues caused directly by your domain name administrator.
Issues caused by transferring your web hosting service to a new provider.
Issues caused by your email service or provider.
Issues caused by third party plugins or modules not vetted and installed by DMG.
Issues caused by updating your website CMS version.
Work required to transfer website management from a third party.

Issues arising from termination of third-party relationships:
DMG shall not be held responsible for any issues that arise from terminating relationships with third-party vendors or service providers.

Outdated plugins, themes, and CMS versions can create unexpected issues and breaks across a website during the update process. While DMG will make every effort to anticipate and address potential issues, the complexity and unpredictability of such updates mean that any estimates provided for the time required to complete them are subject to change. DMG shall not be held liable for any disruptions or damages that may occur as a result of updating outdated elements on the website.

DMG reserves the right to charge beyond the standard hourly rate for work requests that require after-hours or weekend work. After-hours work shall be considered as any work requested to be performed outside of DMG’s regular business hours, which are 9:00 am Pacific Standard Time to 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. Weekend work shall be considered as any work requested to be performed from 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time Friday to 8:00 am Pacific Standard Time Monday.

Unused Client Requested Content Update Time Does Not Roll Over Month to Month.
