The client will need to provide all logos, imagery, and copy that they expect to see in the finished video. Background music can be sourced by DMG but will be from a royalty-free selection. If the client requires the use of a particular audio track or video footage where fees are involved, those costs will be the responsibility of the client.

An .eps or .ai file type is most preferred, as they will give the highest quality within the video. A .png file type is allowed but must be at least 400 pixels wide or tall on its longest edge and must have a transparent background.

We can source the logo file from the website, but it must be of a high-quality image.

Yes. However, client is responsible for the licensing fees to the appropriate music rights body.

Yes, the video footage must be supplied to DMG’s creative team for quality inspection before production begins.

Yes, DMG will supply the client with the final .mp4 video file.

No, voiceover audio can be applied to most video packages but must be purchased separately at a $200 flat rate. Clients can supply their own voiceover audio, but it will be reviewed for quality assurance before being used.

Yes! the client is required to supply a preliminary script for the voiceover audio to the creative team. Once the script is finalized and approved by the client, the voiceover audio recording will be managed by DMG. Voiceover services can be purchased separately at a $200 flat rate. Any additional copy/script changes after the voiceover has been recorded will incur an additional charge.

Yes, clients will own the right to republish the video. Depending on the social media channels, the video may or may not be able to be used due to aspect ratio requirements by those platforms. The research and implementation to do so will be the sole responsibility of the client.

Yes! the creative department can create different aspect ratio versions of the video(s), billed at a flat rate of $125/hour. Minimal layout changes will occur, however, any changes to the design or concept will not apply.

No, modifications to videos are not included after they have been approved by the client. Requests for changes to existing videos can be billed at an hourly rate of $125/hour.
